This brace is an example of a custom-made thoracolumbar
orthosis used for treatment of scoliosis.Gibraltar Orthotics
has manufactured theses braces for over 30 years. Each
brace is custom-molded for each patient and continuously
adjusted in Dr. Dryer's office with Dan Sciscente of
Gibraltar Orthotics. Continuous adjustment is required
because of spinal growth and can only be done by an
experienced surgeon-orthotic team.

In most cases, these braces fit so well that they are not
visible when worn under school clothes. Dan is present at
all office visits for patient convenience; most adjustments
can be done in the office.
